Anderson andSir Alex Ferguson have seemingly put their differences aside with the player signing a new long-term deal with Manchester United.
The Brazilian midfielder has had a few run-ins with Fergie in recent times and was heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford in the past 12 months but all that trouble seems to have cleared with a fresh deal that will keep him in a Red Devils shirt until 2015.
The 22-year old, who netted his first United goal in the Champions League draw withValencia last week, was delighted to commit himself to such a great club.
"This is the best club to be at and I would like to thank everyone for the great support I have received over the years," Anderson told the club's official website.
"I am looking forward to winning many more trophies with this club and I am so pleased to have signed a new contract."
Ferguson added: "We are delighted Anderson has signed a new contract.
"Anderson has developed tremendously since joining the club and he has fantastic potential at only 22 years of age, he is going to be a really top player."
